Over time you end up building your own interchanges for those one off custom connections. The games has come a long way since release. Now I'm playing with no mods at all but I have all the DLCs.

yeah im super new to this and i run out of money supper quick hahaha I think everyone was in that boot when they first start playing.

yeah im super new to this and i run out of money supper quick hahaha Then after a while of that I personally went back to the milestones, no unlimited money and fewer and fewer mods. Try different designs for road networks to fix traffic issues. The you tried some games like Savarast says, unlimited money, lots of mods, buy all 25 tiles at the start, layout all your highways, maybe your industrial areas, your metro and rail networks. So when I first started playing I played a few games where money was an issue at the start but after a few games you learned how to "Start your City". Later on City Skylines made a mod released with the game that provided unlimited money. Depending on when you started playing City Skylines, you originally didn't have unlimited money. It seems most people who use infinite money use it so they can lay out specific road infrastructure across their map, rather than growing the networks organically.įunny how that works out. The only time that you really need to watch money is at the very beginning, after which money just steadily increases.
